Refund Policy
There are no refunds for mid-month cancellations, but access continues until the period ends. AI-generated videos are non-refundable once generated, but credits are restored for failed generations.

5. Operations & Liability
Service Interruptions
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced. Extended downtime may result in credits, but no monetary compensation.
Limitation of Liability
Vidotoria is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Modifications & Termination
Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing (with 30 days notice), or discontinue features. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination: You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or have repeated payment failures.
